WCC-95 served as a coordinating and information-sharing group for university researchers, cooperative extension specialists and agents, federal researchers, state biologists, industry representatives, and individuals working or interested in the field of wildlife damage management. It provided an annual forum for the exchange of public health, pesticide registration, and scientific information affecting the management of wildlife that impact agriculture, natural resources, and public health in the western states of the United States.

Includes materials from annual meetings held in Reno, Nevada, from 1996 to 2001, as well as materials from a predecessor organization, WRCC-42, and a successor group, WERA-95, some of whose more recent materials are online at http://lgu.umd.edu/lgu_v2/homepages/home.cfm?trackID=5776.
