Abstract

The description of a new species of Kessleria (Lepidoptera: Yponomeutidae) is presented, based on male

and female specimens obtained from laboratory rearing of material collected on their host, Maytenus boaria, of

the central region of Chile.

Se describe una nueva especie del género Kessleria (Lepidoptera: Yponomeutidae) para Chile central,

en base a ejemplares macho y hembra, obtenidos de crianza de laboratorio de su hospedero, Maytenus boaria, de

la región central de Chile.
