Abstract
The specific objectives of this study were:

To measure the average value product of family and operator labor among regions of Nebraska in 1949, 1954, and 1959;
-
To examine and analyze the average value product of family and operator labor to ascertain possible causal variables for the variations;
-
To identify those regions of Nebraska in need of further study to increase labor productivity.
