Abstract

The future is conceived of as inevitably changing and unpredictable in its demands. Educational institutions are constantly undergoing transformation to keep pace with this change, and without change, there can be no progress.Education is one of the universals in the development of individuals and nations. Understanding its developmental role is not an optional matter for the educator. It is required if education is to achieve its great expectations. And this is particularly true for education in the developing world today. Education is the single biggest enterprise in developing countries
