Abstract

Many educators have acknowledged the main variable of teaching is to provide the optimum learning for each individual within the classroom (Lembo, 1971). Therefore, the primary goal of teacher education is to set forth processes to help guarantee a pool of teachers drawn from a select group of people who are competent and effectivelv trained to provide the optimum learning environment of a classroom.
