Abstract

General objective.—To interpret, in light of field experience and observation, data and personal correspondence, and in accordance with the best accepted principles of education, the character of progress made in vocational agricultural departments and schools to date, and the proper directions in which the various phases of the work may best be developed. Definite interpretation of such tendencies as have become apparent has been undertaken, and conclusions reached at all points are in accordance with actual accomplishments or pronounced attitudes which successful state vocational programs have tried out and are definitely committed to.
