    Abstract

    Extension circular 926-28 provides various recipes for Christmas cakes, cookies, and candies as well as information on temperatures for cooking candies and bitter sweets. Some of the recipes in this circular are caramels, cream chocolate fudge, calico fudge, sea foam, peanut brittle, stuffed dates, molasses taffy, icing for cookies, macaroons, and many more.
