Abstract
Extension Circular 02-175: Biological Control of Purple Loosetrife: Monitoring Galerucella Establishment and impact. Purple Loosetrife is a noxious weed invading Nebraska’s wetlands. A biocontrol program based on the release of leaf-finding beetles has been initiated to manage the weed. This publication describes biocontrol monitoring procedures designed to evaluate and optimize the biocontrol program.
