Abstract

New state records are provided for one species of Anthaxia (Haplanthaxia) Reitter, six species of Anthaxia (Melanthaxia) Richter, and one species of Melanophila Eschscholtz (Coleoptera: Buprestidae) in the Western United States. One new adult host record is provided for Anthaxia (Melanthaxia) aeneogaster Gory and Laporte, two are provided for Melanophila atropurpurea (Say), and one for Phaenops intrusa (Horn).
