Abstract
Emerging technology for digital libraries (DL) can drastically improve the management of resources of libraries. The advantages of having a DL are now well understood by librarians, technologists,and others. Several factors play a major role in digitization of materials for a DL. This paper discusses the transformation of a library from traditional to automated to digital.
