Abstract
The paper examines resource sharing among libraries and it benefirts for legal research and administration of justice in Nigeria.Information and Communications Technology (ICT) is a critical requirement resource sharing. The use of Z39.50 as an aid to resource sharing is discussed.Categories of resource sharing and the benefits to be derived from each category by the cooperating libraries are also highlighted. Factors that hinder effective resource sharing are identified and analyzed. Recommendations are given for the initiation and promotion of resource sharing among law libraries in Nigeria.
