Abstract

This paper examines ICT infrastructure available in university libraries. A majority of the libraries surveyed have automated library activities. The survey results also reveal the software and other technologies implemented in the libraries. A majority of the libraries have not introduced new services such as a digital library, e-learning service, and digitization.
