Abstract
The efficacious intellectual dimensions of Kashmir are under unremitting risk because of the present conditions under which Kashmir is suffering. An immediate need to manage the intellectual resources is felt in order to turn them to elements of excellence. The paper is based on the personal experiences of the authors. The situation in Kashmir led the authors to highlight the problems faced by academia in Kashmir. The study provides curative measures to manage the academic circle of a devastated and war ravaged Kashmir. Highlighting the key problems, academia faces in Kashmir, the study can act as a platform to explore the core issues of the academic circle more deeply. Managing intellectual resources in Kashmir is in need of improvement. The issues discussed in this paper must be researched extensively. The paper lays down various management strategies to save the intellectual resources in Kashmir. The paper will be of value to academic administrators to establish a stress-free praxis for academia of Kashmir.
