Abstract

In the increasingly competitive job market, being good at your job isn't good enough. Potential employees must be able to do the job and have excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, compassion, and ambition. Communicating these traits in a CV or resume is difficult at best. Prospective employers and colleagues will search for you online in an attempt to discover these traits; what will they find?
