Abstract
Jeanne Owawin-Eder always wanted to rewrite the history books, especially after reading textbooks that misrepresented her Dakota and Assiniboine relatives. So she earned a doctoral degree in history and has already written two books that reflect more positive images of Indians. Eder joins us to share her views on rewriting whitewashed history.
