Abstract
An original composition in two movements. Based on a folk melody, the composition is to be performed with the following musical instruments: flute, piccolo, oboe, English horn, clarinet, bass clarinet, bassoons, horns, trumpets, trombones, tuba, timpani, bass drum, cymbal, tambourine, triangle, xylophone, vibraphone, violins, violas, violoncellos, and double basses.
