Abstract
The objectives of this thesis are as follows:
1. To develop a method to optimize the farm enterprise selection and subsequent machinery selection problem.
2. To demonstrate the use of the model with a hypothetical example.
3. To apply the new method to optimize a farm enterprise and machinery selection problem.
4. To study the results and versatility of the application of this model to real farming problems.
