    Extension circular 984-31 provides basic information on pickles and relishes, suggestions for pickling cucumbers, brining, making sour pickles and dill pickles, as well as common failures. This circular also contains recipes for sauerkraut, cherry olives, spiced cherries, watermelon pickles, mustard pickles, tomato catsup, green tomato pickles, plus several more.
