Abstract
The Nelnet- PaymentSpring Gateway team developed a solution to help PaymentSpring's partners understand and act upon their interchange experience. The project involves three components, an interchange explorer dashboard, interchange education, and data insights. This thesis serves as a summary of the project through an executive summary and a project reflection through the retrospective.
