Abstract
Wakely Consulting Group is a small, privately-held health insurance consulting company. It has been growing constantly since the current practice started in 1999. Through its incredible growth, Wakely has been able to make a large dent in the health insurance consulting world. Wakely is becoming a strong competitor against many larger, more experienced consulting firms in the industry. With only 100 employees, Wakely prides itself on creating a close-knit culture and growing its employees with the company’s growth. Overall, although Wakely is a newer company, Wakely has focused on many different internal and external strategies to help analyze where the company will go next.
