Abstract
The study has been conducted to know the status of Institutional repository in all the Indian Institutes of Technology. The main aim of the study is to know the initiatives taken by IITs regarding IR to explain the current status of IR in IITs. The study is an attempt to know how many IITs have been facilitating IRs, how many community & collection they have and Types of the document they are archiving etc. In this study, all repositories website is analyzed.
