Abstract
The aim of this article is to help demonstrate that libraries are vital institutions for improving human resources. These human resources are the wealth of nation, and adult education, which helps in the development of these resources, provide foundations for adult learners. Public libraries play a crucial role in lifelong learning and increasing information literacy for adult learners.
