Abstract
Tribes of the Southwest such as the Navajo Nation, the Hopi Nation, the Zuni Nation and the Pueblos of New Mexico are meeting this week to determine their priority issues. Environmental protection, water rights, off-rez services for tribal members, and emerging technology will be some of the topics on the table. What will a united region do for tribal communities? Guests include President Kelsey Begaye of the Navajo Nation and Chairman Wayne Taylor of the Hopi Nation.
