Abstract
It's now or never for Leonard Peltier, the world's number one political prisoner. President Clinton is reviewing Peltier's request for clemency. But the FBI has mounted a public media campaign that says Peltier is guilty of killing two FBI agents during the shoot-out on the Pine Ridge Reservation in 1975. Will Leonard Peltier be freed after serving 25 years for crimes he says he is innocent of? Guests include Peltier defense attorney Jennifer Harbury and James Burrus, assistant special agent of the FBI's Minneapolis Division.
