Abstract
This project shows the adverse negative effects of tobacco and was created to encourage people to abstain from tobacco use of any form. Tobacco abstinence is an important part of ensuring proper development and both physical and mental safety throughout life. This research found that no matter the method of ingestion, tobacco is harmful, and even lethal to the human body.
