Abstract
This is a sample of the agreement authors are asked to sign to publish their work with Zea E-Books.
It is only 1 page long, and is about as loose an agreement as you will find: It does not require transfer of copyright, is not exclusive, pays a healthy split of the proceeds, and can be easily terminated.
Authors retain all copyright and other proprietary rights. Royalties amounting to 50% of sums received are paid annually. Termination by either party requires only 60 days written notice.
