Abstract
All elected Directors-at-Large must be primary or associate representatives of an Institutional Member.
Elected Directors-at-Large will serve for a term of two (2) years.
An elected Director-at-Large may serve a maximum of two (2) consecutive terms.
Two elected Directors-at-Large will be elected annually by mail ballot. The two candidates receiving the greatest number of votes will be declared to have been elected.
Elected Directors-at-Large will begin their terms of office at the close of the Annual Conference.
In the events of the death, resignation or inability (for any reason) of any elected Director-at-Large to complete their term of Office, the Board of Directors will appoint a qualified member to fill out the unexpired term of the respective office.
