Abstract
In research it is often desirable to measure body composition at different stages of growth. Ideally, if the same animal could be sampled several times during the growing-finishing period, critical information about tissue growth could be obtained. Thus, the development of a simple procedure to obtain tissue samples would be an asset to the researcher.
