Making It Rain and Snow (10/3/00)

Date of this Version

October 2000

Abstract

Climatologists are predicting severe drought in much of the temperate regions of the world and especially in the American Plains and Southwest. But these regions are taking matters into their own hands by bringing in the rainmakers - weather modification specialists. These expert scientists are seeding clouds to increase rain and snowfall in dry areas. Can we solve our growing water crisis through weather modification? Invited guests include Scotty Savage of Weather Modification, Inc.
