Abstract
Las nuevas investigaciones en arqueoastronomía nos brindan la posibilidad de estudiar y analizar los lugares arqueológicos desde una nueva visión, teniendo en cuenta la alineación de las piedras con las constelaciones visibles, en nuestro caso, el hemisferio sur. La construcción de estos lugares considerados como sagrados se construyen, en la sierra peruana, en base a tres elementos que se encuentran cercanos: la piedra, la presencia de agua (un río) y la vegetación circundante, (el bosque y las montañas). Estos elementos repletos de significado, reflejan la trascendencia e importancia que el lugar ostentó como templo oracular.
New research in archaeoastronomy gives us the possibility of studying and analyzing archaeological sites from a new vision, taking into account the alignment of the stones with the visible constellations, in our case, the southern hemisphere. The construction of these places considered sacred are built in the Peruvian mountains based on three elements that are nearby: stone, the presence of water (a river) and the surrounding vegetation (the forest and the mountains). These elements are replete with significance and reflect the transcendence and importance that the place held as an oracular temple.
