Abstract
This section presents the result of a Pedagogical Model based on Pre-Columbian Design, which has been applied in various scenarios and learning environments. By systematizing the theory with the practice of design, examples of design methods that have been effective are shown either in the university environment or in groups interested in the knowledge of these heritage assets, among others, students and professors in the artistic area. as well as, people summoned by some museums that have pre-Columbian collections.
By experimenting and proposing, activating the mechanisms that release creativity, as well as planning and developing projects, the participants have managed from their own perspective to resignify and contribute to the appropriation and dissemination of pre-Columbian design as a cultural value, both aesthetic and practical.
