Abstract
The purposes of this study are: (1) to determine the applicability of the various treatments of irreversible polarographic waves on 1,3-diketone chelates of copper, (2) to determine the kinetic parameters of the electrode reactions, (3) to determine possible correlations between these parameters and measurements from independent physical methods, and (4) to determine the effects of varying the compositions of the solvent system over wide ranges to determine possible information on the mechanisms of the reductions.
