Abstract
This research was designed to secure information on a portion of the nitrogen metabolism during germination at optimal versus sub-optimal temperatures. This was accomplished by qualitative and quantitative determination of the free amino acid changes of Phaseolus vulgaris L. during germination and subsequent growth of the resultant seedling.
