Abstract
The purpose of this investigation is two fold. Of primary interest is the relationship of personality adjustment as measured by the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory to success in nurses’ training, and 2, to summarize the results of a testing program consisting of the Kuder Preference Record, Otis Q-S Gamma Test of Mental Ability, George Washington University Nursing Aptitude Test and their correlation to performance ratings as estimated and given by the instructors.
