Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of soil genesis on the distribution of zinc in soils formed in loess in a grassland environment. To accomplish this, two soils, a Mollisol and Entisol, from each of two areas of loessial soils in Nebraska, were selected for study.The two areas selected were the North Platte Experiment Station in Lincoln County and the Northeast Nebraska Experiment Station in Dixon County.
