Abstract

This study focuses on the way in which tradition and social norms within the Nebraska media affect the role of public service. This author seeks to answer the following questions:

1. How is public service regarded and used by the media?

2. How can public service be more efficiently and effectively produced by organizations choosing this means of communication?
