For a family, owning a home is the fulfillment of on American Dream. The realization of the dream is based on family income, interest rates, and the local housing market
For a community, having adequate affordable housing is on indication of economic prosperity. A community's housing stock is the DNA of its economy post, present, and future. The availability and affordability of quality housing directly affects a community's ability to promote economic growth and development.
