Abstract
The acquisition of sufficient financing for the construction of schools has almost certainly been a problem since the first schools were constructed. Financing poses more of a problem in the United States than in many countries due to the fact the majority of financing in the United States must come from the state itself; while in many countries the central government supports the construction and equipping of schools.
