UTILIZATION OF FAMILY PLANNING CLINICS AS PROBLEM-SOLVING BEHAVIOR.

NANCY CAROL WILSON GILLILAND, University of Nebraska - Lincoln

Abstract

One way of explaining human behavior is to see actions as attempts by the individual to solve his problems (real or imagined) and to realize his values within some sort of social context. Using this perspective, the present study attempts to look at a given behavior (sustained use of a family planning clinic) as an instance of problem-solving behavior.
