Abstract
It has become apparent during recent years that individuals are capable of acquiring and performing a vast array of behaviors merely by observing the behavior of social models (Bandura, 1971a). Within the framework of social learning theory (Bandura, 1969), it has been demonstrated that behaviors that can be learned by individuals through direct experience are also capable of being learned from the observation of other people's behaviors as a result of vicarious processes.
