Comments

(1) This document was in the University of Michigan Libraries and it was digitized by the Hathi Trust. I have included it here to increase its findability.

(2) In 1957, the Medical Information and Intelligence Agency was a special purpose military organization reporting directly to the Office of The Surgeon General (OSG). The Surgeon General was the general officer in charge of the Army Medical Service (AMS). The Office of The Surgeon General was the headquarters of the AMS in Washington, DC. OSG was part of the Headquarters, Department of the Army.

The Medical Information and Intelligence Agency should not be confused with the Medical Intelligence and Information Agency founded in the 1970s which also reported to the OSG.
