Abstract
CC192- The 1964 What Referendum- May 21 has been set by Secretary of Agriculture for referendum among wheat growers on the 1964 wheat program. Although such votes have been held in each of the past ten years, this one is especially important because of changes made by the Food and Agricultural Act of 1962. This act is the latest in a long series of efforts to solve the problem of imbalance between the production and consumption of wheat.
