Abstract
Campaign Circular 307: This is about the 1982 Proposed Constitution Amendments by A.L. (Roy) Frederick. These proposed amendments are: reading bills aloud before final passage, authorize revenue bonds for businesses in blighted areas, limit the right of redemption of certain real estate sold for nonpayment of taxes, provide expense reimbursement for members of the legislature, and authorize revenue for construction of water retention and impoundment structures.
