March 4, 2011 The Center for Great Plains Studies, University of Nebraska–Lincoln, presents its 367th Interdisciplinary Symposium, “Diverse Faces, Shared Histories: Immigrants on the Great Plains,” will be held on campus at the Great Plains Art Museum, 1155 Q Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. This is a one-day symposium featuring national and state scholars and writers speaking on the history, politics, and personal narratives of immigration from Native, African American, and Latino perspectives.
