Abstract

The Sheltered Harbor Account Restoration Platform project's goal was to design and implement a platform with basic, limited financial institution functionalities (specifically, looking up customer account information) during the event that a financial institution’s own networks and systems are down. The project platform provides account lookup abilities and a data pipeline to intake, decrypt, and store an institution’s financial data for use in lookups, along with security considerations, including user and institution management.
