Abstract
As a group, we were tasked with making a strategic recommendation to Nelnet and Native360. We were presented with an explanation of an emerging market that Nelnet could take advantage of, and we recommended a course of action. For Native360, we created a slideshow for their directors to bring to banks to pitch their vision and purpose. We employed the applicable strategic management principles like a PESTEL analysis, SWOT analysis, and Porter’s 5 Forces in both of these presentations.
