Abstract
Our group explored a new industry of payment options for a local company. We analyzed current market conditions, potential consumer-oriented solutions, and how they align with the company’s capabilities. After analysis of consumer wants, we proposed 3 potential payment solutions. Based on our knowledge of the company’s capabilities and competitors, we suggest the company does not compete in this industry.
