Abstract

ALLO is a Lincoln based, all-fiber optic internet, TV, and phone company. The company provides services to business, residential, and governmental customers in Nebraska, Colorado, and Arizona, and continues to grow rapidly. ALLO’s core values of honest, exceptional, local, and hassle-free significantly influenced the project. The Design Studio team was tasked with utilizing automation to improve ALLO’s complaint resolution process.
