Abstract

Buildertrend is the leading construction project management software for
home builders, remodelers, and contractors. Focusing on client connections
for this project, the Design Studio team explored how emerging technologies
could enhance communication between homeowners and contractors. The
team automated the summarization of the most relevant progress updates
through AI while maintaining a customer-friendly voice in the reporting.
