Abstract

This document serves as an executive summary and project retrospective for the 2024-2025 Allstate Design Studio Project. Throughout the past two semesters, Harith Himdan, Sam Hoover, Shruti Pradeep, Caleb Rosenboom, and Minh Vu worked with the LTV team at Allstate to build an easy-to-use dashboard that consolidates LTV monitoring into a single platform. This solution increases transparency into the LTV metric, enables internal teams to make more data-driven decisions, and reduces time spent on data gathering and interpreting.
